Delmege Lifestyle Cluster, a leader in innovative and sustainable interior design solutions, has been awarded the interior fit-out project for LankaPay’s office premises located at No. 61 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. This project aims to transform the nine-floor office premises into a functional, sophisticated, and modern complex that embodies LankaPay’s brand identity and futuristic digital vision.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Channa de Silva, Chief Executive Officer of LankaPay, and Mr. Nilantha Fernando, Director/CEO of Delmege Forsyth & Co. Ltd, in the presence of key representatives from both companies, including Mr. Dinuka Perera, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of LankaPay; Mr. Amrith Adihetty, Director – Group Strategic Development and Planning of Delmege Forsyth & Co. Ltd; Mr. Prasanth Senarath, COO; and Mr. Athula Kumara, General Manager of Delmege Lifestyle Cluster.
Delmege Lifestyle Cluster secured this project due to its proven track record, extensive experience in handling large-scale projects, a history of successful outcomes with satisfied clients, a highly experienced team, and a detailed and transparent cost proposal.
The scope of the project includes civil work, MEP systems, fire alarm systems, air conditioning, custom-made lighting, carpets, carpet tiles, laminate flooring, partitions, ceilings, ergonomic office chairs, accessories, and signage, as well as the planning, design, and creative execution across the 12,500 sq. ft. property.
The comprehensive design and planning will be undertaken by the Delmege Interior Décor team in collaboration with Architect Ajith Ranasinghe of Design Arcade. The concept emphasizes sustainable practices, eco-friendly materials, and energy-efficient systems to minimize environmental impact. The design incorporates state-of-the-art technology and flexible workspaces to meet the unique needs of the client.
Delmege Group will leverage its Delmege Grip factory, equipped with modern CNC machines, to produce customized furniture. Appropriate materials will be selected from Delmege Interior Décor’s extensive product range, aligning with the design concept, theme, and color scheme of the project.
Delmege Lifestyle Cluster will manage every aspect of the project, in consultation with the Project Architect, ensuring seamless construction, furnishing, and final handover, ultimately delivering a standout office space for LankaPay.
