Site Supervisor (Interior Decor)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site project work ensuring quality standers for material and subcontractor performance.
• Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with factory teams, subcontractors, and draughtsman to execute work as per approved drawings and measurements.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure safety regulations and maintain accurate records, including attendance, work orders, and daily progress reports.
• Oversee material deliveries and manage on-site stocks.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in interior projects or construction.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
