Assistant Manager – Strategic Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business metrics and develop strategies to enhance financial performance and expand business operations across the Delmege Group.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to directors and senior management, effectively communicating business insights, strategies and performance metrics.
• Engage with international customers to drive the expansion of Delmege products into global markets.
• Develop cost saving strategies and identify digitalization tools to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate with business and sales teams to gather and analyze data for performance enhancement and strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with cluster heads to ensure timely execution of business development initiatives and update management regularly.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Degree or professional qualification in business management, marketing from a recognized institute or university.
• Academic or professional background in Marketing or Engineering, with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in business analysis or business development.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools for data analysis, reporting and business intelligence would be a definite advantage.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
