Senior Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements, maintenance of records, and effective financial reporting across multiple divisions.
• Maintain accurate balance sheet and P&L schedules, and lead by-annual inventory verification for business units. Ensure optimal management of funds and maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Implement stringent controls and systems to safeguard assets and ensure the timely submission of tax returns, and compliance with all regulatory matters including tax and audit.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets with comprehensive analysis, oversee cost center management, and ensure accurate overhead allocations. Regularly monitor top-line and bottom-line budgets to meet divisional targets.
• Manage group-wide shared services functions, including payments, bank reconciliations, and VAT records.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes, maintain records, and address regulatory matters.
• Provide strategic advice on business growth opportunities, enhance profitability through the development of BI tools, and secure competitive low-cost funding.
• Provide leadership to the finance team through clear KPIs and performance monitoring systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or a related degree from a recognized university and possess full qualification in CA / CIMA or ACCA.
• Possess 5 years’ experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in large-scale or multi-divisional organizations.
• Strong understanding of Financial Management, Reporting, Budgeting, and Tax Regulations.
• Possess good knowledge MS Dynamics NAV, SAGE, QB would be a definite advantage.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, PowerBI and other software in office package.
