Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to obtain purchase order and ensure smooth order processing with internal departments.
- Ensure individual customer orders are dispatched promptly from the store.
- Plan and coordinate OEM dealer order deliveries with the logistics team as per route planning.
- Follow up with the sales team and customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or logistics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
- Proactive problem solver with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an added advantage.
