Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to obtain purchase order and ensure smooth order processing with internal departments.
  • Ensure individual customer orders are dispatched promptly from the store.
  • Plan and coordinate OEM dealer order deliveries with the logistics team as per route planning.
  • Follow up with the sales team and customers to collect outstanding payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or logistics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Proactive problem solver with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an added advantage.
