Key Responsibilities
- Monitor tender notifications across various channels, stay updated on business opportunities, and manage the purchase of tender documentation, bank guarantees, and required forms.
- Prepare and submit tenders and quotations for medical equipment and products, ensuring accurate records are maintained and systems are updated.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage supplier registrations, update tender dashboards, and track tender performance metrics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as email monitoring, updating tender registers, and maintaining seamless operations within the tender department.
- Perform cost analysis for tenders, including bid bonds and travel expenses, and allocate costs to relevant managers while coordinating with the finance team.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Procurement/ Tender Management.
- Prior experience in tender management, procurement, or commercial operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a strong advantage.
