Chief Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide the interior design team, ensuring high standards of design and execution across all projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and goals, and translate them into creative, functional design solutions.
• Develop innovative interior design concepts, spatial layouts, mood boards, and presentation for approval.
•  Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring they align with the project’s design ethos.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the design and construction phases to maintain design integrity and quality.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the successful delivery of each project.
• Ensure design comply with all relevant regulations, building codes, and sustainable practices.
• Keep up with the design trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and solutions to every project. 

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Chartered Architect status is highly desirable.
• Prior years of experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong focus on leading design teams and managing high-profile projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex design projects from start to finish.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovative design thinking, and ability to adapt to different project types.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
