Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans with clear growth strategies.
  • Gather consumer insights and conduct market research to inform brand strategies.
  • Lead and manage new product development and successful market launches.
  • Design and execute effective ATL and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to boost brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing teams to create competitive trade plans.
  • Enhance brand presence through strategic visibility campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key principals and address market shifts proactively.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience in brand management, particularly within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and project management abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams.
