He or she is awarded the highest respect within the group, which is the “Chairman’s Trophy” Award. As a result, a number of employees every year receive Long Service Awards for their contributions and loyalty to the group.

We thus encourage our employees to develop and utilize their unique talents and skills through Basketball, Choir recitals & through events like the annual “Talent Night” and “Sports day”. The Group also features one of the most prominent Basketball teams within the Mercantile sector and sponsors the annual Delmege Super League Basketball tournament.
